CHILD POLICY
-Children are most welcome at The Twelve Apostles Hotel and Spa
-Children under 12 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full paying adults are accommodated free of charge, including breakfast
-Children over 12 and under 16 years (maximum 2) per room sharing with two full-paying adults are charged R300.00 per child, per night, bed and breakfast
-It is recommended that children over the age of 16 be accommodated in a separate room.
-Mountain facing and Luxury rooms can only accommodate a cot
-All other rooms and suites can accommodate an additional bed and are in some instances fitted with a sleeper couch to accommodate kids
-There are a limited number of beds and cots available
PAYMENT/CANCELLATION POLICY (excluding peak season)
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival
A cancellation fee equal to the quoted rate for one night’s accommodation will be applied if the booking is cancelled, a “no-show”, the number of room nights are reduced from the original booking or if the booking is cancelled within 7 days of the expected arrival date.
