Payment Policy: To secure your booking, a 50% deposit will be required on confirmation, balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required on confirmation.

Cancellation Policy: A refund will only be considered if the booking is cancelled in writing 30 days or more prior to arrival AND after the apartment has been re-let and occupied for the period of your booking, and to the same value of the total booking. A 20% administration fee of the total value of the booking will be charged on a refund. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total value of your booking will be charged in high season, and 25% in low season.

Cancellation Policy for Christmas/New Year: If you wish to cancel a booking over this period, bookings would have to be cancelled in writing 8 weeks or more prior to arrival (and no cancellations accepted after that time).

Directions:
From airport take N2 to Cape Town. As heading towards the city keep in the right lanes following V&A Waterfront signs overhead. Eventually you come to the end of the N2, and a first set of traffic lights (leads to entrance of V&A Waterfront on your right), keep straight towards next set of traffic lights (right hand lane) after second set turn right, and drive straight over bridge towards Green Point and Sea Point. Will pass a traffic circle, remain straight towards Sea Point beachfront (Beach Road), continue straight to very end of Beach Rd, you will see the Peninsula All Suite Hotel on the left hand side, turn sharp left up into Queens Road, continue up Queens Rd past traffic circle, and turn right into Victoria Rd, Craigrownie Road is the first right (cul de sac), drive to the end of the street and Bantry Beach is the last building on the left had side (No 15).
